I was the author of complaint on the services of MLhuiller Kwarta Padala Market! Market! branch dated 22nd of July 2008.

By 29th day last month around 11:16a.m., I received a call from the secretary of the MLhuiller Management assuring me that my complaint is under investigation. I told the secretary that it all simply started from impolite opening remarks with the branch manager and would not have come to this level of attention.

By 4th day this month I texted the secretary for an update on the investigation. She was in a meeting and assured me of the update within the day. I waited but, for some reason, nothing came.

I felt that they were not serious. I texted the next day that I could not wait for them anymore and would just bring my sentiments to blog sites such as this. I missed a call. It was from the secretary.

Three (3) days later, I received a package and a letter how the situation was handled. The branch manager or "employee" was reprimanded. I too was able to understand of my lack regarding their requirements in terms of their services. I felt that it was a very good, impartial letter.

I was satisfied. Pacified. MLhuiller Kwarta Padala proved more than their integrity that they move their services to the satisfaction of their customers. FAST!

Today is August 9, 2008 and I write this article to make up for whatever harm I made to this good company. I cannot waste time to do this since the MLhuiller company did not waste theirs to act on my predicament.

I wrote:

Dear Sir/Ma'am:

Thank you for your response to my letter dated July 22nd 2008. I also would like to apologize that it had to get to your attention.

That night before I wrote the letter, I took time to visit your website. I sincerely believe that you have the noblest of Mission-Vision to help people. My first instinct was to contact you regarding the situation but the tab "Contact Us" of your website would not work nor was there an email address to post to.

I am sorry if my reaction to your policies in Market! Market!, Fort Bonifacio has been quite excessive. Mistaking the opening remarks of your employee as impolite, I lost all capacity for empathy at that time so as to digest what she really meant about the validity of my I.D.. Another thing was the filling up of ML form with mine and my mom's contact numbers and her maiden name just to end up not really filling up for anything (I was expecting it could have filled up with the lack of the validity of my I.D.).

On second thought, I believe it was just all a matter of misunderstanding between people who've had a day at that time. Please forgive me too.

Thank you for the souvenir items that you sent. It would be a pleasure to visit you again.

Analysis: Customer-oriented websites should not only be attractive or marketable. They would have to include email addresses or other informations on how to contact the Customer Service so that unsolicited “attention” would no more be necessary.
