Claiming of SBWS

Good Day! I'm Mirasol Calixtro, just concerning my SBWS from SSS. I received a message from SSS last Tuesday saying that I can claim my SBWS from MLhuiller so I went right away to the near branch which is the lagro, QC branch. The guard informed me that the process will take days and just wait for their text but unfortunately it's been a week now and yet still no hint from them. Please understand that this is important for us. We cant no longer wait for more days.

Good evening ma'am, sir, ako po si Wendell Levanza, almost 2 weeks na po ako nag hihintay sa pay out ng SBWS sa branch nyo sa Karuhatan Valenzuela City, kaya po lumipat nako sa Dapitan branch, ang sabi nila naka pay out na sa Karuhatan, kaya ang ginawa ng staff nyo sa Dapitan tinawagan yung Karuhatan ang sabi nila hintay ako ng txt nila after a week, sobrang tagal na po yung, mag 3 weeks na ako maghintay, kaylangan ko na po ng pera, gutom na ang pamilya ka, no work no pay ako. My pawned item incurred interest during ECQ? Y? What happened to bayanihan act?

I am about to redeem my pawned item last March 22, 2020 paying only the principal amount because charges was already collected in advance. But due to ECQ I wasnt able to do it. Im here in the branch to redeem it but why am I charged? What happened to bayanihan act? Where no other interest must be imposed?

Your contact of branch and hotline are unreliable. Complaint against 2 branches in Paranaque Philippines, Sucat and Evacom. Will be expecting for call back. Your staff are asking us to leave our claim form to claim our money. How is that possible when that form is the only proof of us claiming our money. That form is withheld by your staff, why?? Their reason is they cannot implement social distancing if form wont be left to them and will hust wait for their call to go back to the branch to claim. Worst alibi/reason I have heard. Social distancing can be implemented wherever we are as it is mandated by law, our govt. But, never to compromise leaving our only proof to claim our money which is the form

I would like to ask about my pawned item

Im Shela Marie Supangan..i would like to request to pay the interest of my pawned items. I was supposed to pay but the assigned personnel told me that my items are alredy pulled out. I beg for not being able to pay earlier due to financial reasons..2 months ago we have to stop working also due to lock down.we dont have money and it so hard to find money..i ask the assigned personnel about the last day and when im about to pay they said its no longer available.i haven't received any messages also just to inform me about my pawned items. Pls consider my request. That item is my wedding ring it so impt. to me. It was pawned bec i need to buy medicine bec i have cancer and my treatment still ongoing. I'm very very upset to your personnel at Sta. Fe, Leyte branch. They accused me for not being nice on my past transaction with them where in I've never been meet them before and I've never been at any Mlhuillier branch and its actually my first time. They didn't allow me to transact with them and they actually told me that they will going to ban me at any of their branch. All personnel of that branch including the no hair man is *** Zero rating for your customer service.

Teller wrote false information l

Hi!

This is Princess Lore Templa. I had this incident recently, I lost my pawn receipt 2nd week of April 2020, now in order for me to get back my pawn bracelet they gave me a small of paper in which they write the details of my item.

Last April 28, they advice me to secure notario documents stating the details they gave me in a small of paper via penmanship. When I gave the small paper from the teller in Mlhullier branch Talisay Poblacion to the autorized attorney they just follow the writings. So, I was expecting that everything is in correct details since its a legal document . After, I provided the notarized document Last May 13, 2020 I gave them the notarized document together the small paper wanted to get my pawn bracelet back but they didnt gave me since they told me the notarized document I provided stated the wrong # og grams of my bracelet bec.

of the penmanship of the teller in the Mhullier Talisay Poblacion Cebu branch gave me the small paper which they wrote the false details. How would I know how many grams of my item since they only wrote it. Very disappointing in my part that they advice me to get another notarized document as matter of fact its their fault bec of thats small paper they gave me. They wrote the wrong details.

Its difficult on part coz Im pregnant and too risky for me to go out.

Can you help me in this situation. Theyre wasting my money to get a new notarized document will in fact they wrote false information. Especially, that I have a less access to go to the city to go back where I notarized the document due to lock down og ECQ.

The teller who wrote it should be the responsible of his false information he wrote. Now, they wanted me to get another one thats unfair.

SSS-SBWS Nasira ang simcard

Ano po pwedeng gawin nasira po simcard ko (not in service) so hindi ko po ma-receive yun reference number para maka-claim sa MLhuillier. Second tranch ko na po sana, first tranch po na-claim ko pa kasi ok pa nun ang simcard ko po. Sana matulungan nyo po ako
