Awhile ago, my mom and I were in M lhuiller Banlat Tandang Sora Branch.Everytime na yung employer na yun yung nandun, alam na namin na hindi nanaman maganda yung service.

We were in a hurry kasi may class pa ako and need na yung money for tuition. so expected talaga namin mabilis lang kasi umaga and mabilis naman talaga pag kuha kasi wala pang tao, kaso since siya nga alam namin kung ano ano nanaman hihingin sa amin. Hindi ko alam kung anong problema niya, ang tingin ng mom ko is dahil palagi kaming tumatanggi sa insurance na inaalok niya everytime mag cclaim kami. Walang ibang reason kundi yun lang ang naiisip namin kaya iba trato niya samin, unless na lang kung bastos talaga siya.

So many times ganyan siya. May time pa na wala daw yung control number. Mali sender, receiver. Lahat na lang!

One time, nirequest pa niya na makita yung email ng sender sa amin. Kung tutuusin, bakit niya kailangan basahin pa yung email? Recquired ba yun na pag may mali siyang nakikita or kung may mali nga ba talaga, eh ganun ganun na lang niya sasabihin na kailangan niya mabasa? pagkatapos niya pa basahin, pabagsak niya pang nilapag yung phone at tsaka pinrocess yung pag claim namin.

Tama ba yun? Pangalawa, nung magcclaim yung kapatid ko na underage pa, kasama niya yung mommy ko. PERO ang nirequest na dapat daw kasama eh yung daddy ko. Ano naman kinalaman nun eh andun na nga yung mommy ko?

Diba guardian din naman siya? At nung bumalik sila kinabukasan dun at hindi yung employer na yun ang nandoon, hindi naman nagtanong yung babae kung nasan yung tatay or whatsoever. Anong kalokohan yun? Pangatlo, nung magcclaim kami ng ate ko, nakadollar siya.

Ang sabi niya, nakaclose na daw ang transaction from ibang bansa. Wala pang 5pm nun. So sabi namin, ipaconvert na lang sa peso kasi yun din naman gagawin namin. Pinag gigiitan pa na wala na nga daw close na daw.

Di daw pwede yun, at kung ano ano pa. That day, pumunta din kmi ng cebuana at walang naging problema. Ang problema diyan is yung employer na yan. AT KANINA, ayan nanaman siya sa offline daw yung ganto ganyan.

At sa tagal tagal na namin kumukuha ng pera dyan sa M lhuiller from ibang bansa, ngayon lang namin nalaman na dapat daw pala nilalagay yung local bank na pinagpadalhan dun kasi wala naman daw M lhuiller dun. Edi sana kung ganun pala, dati pa kami di nakakakuha kasi yun pala rule eh? at ano naman kinalaman ng local bank? At ngayon kinontak namin yung sender, at ibingay yung local bank na sinasabi niyang kelangan.

Nung sinabi ko sakanya yung pinagpadalhan ng sender, aba at ni hindi man lang ako pinansin. KUNG MAHALAGA TALAGA YUN, edi sana nag pay attention siya. At natapos na lamang ang iba pang customers, tapos na pala yung transaction ko. Nandun na pala yung padala at hindi man lang kami aware?

Sinabi lang nung guard na "Ma'am inyo po yung pera dun." Napakabastos! Ni hindi ko na nga natanong ang pangalan dahil pagpunta ko sa window para kunin yung pera, nag entertain agad siya ng tao HABANG nandun ako at kinukuha yung pera na kinalat lang niya dyan. Ni wala man lang "thank you maam" or "sorry" gaya sa ibang barnch? Anong kalokohan yan!

I cannot and will not tolerate this kind of attitude! Nakakasira ng umaga! At kung yung dahilan niya na kaya siya ganun samin eh dahil lagi kami tumatanggi sa insurance na inaalok niya lagi para secured daw yung money namin, sapilitan ba yun? ganyan ba dapat ang mga nag aalok ng insurance!

Dapat nga mapagpasensya at nang eenganyo sila na mag ensurance ang customer, hindi yung namimilit! at hingit sa lahat, apat rumerespeto pag sinabing hindi! I HOPE NA MAY ACTION KAYO DITO P.S Nag iisa lang siyang lalaki na employer dun sa branch na yun.
